  • Yes, we have up to 10 parking spaces available for clients and guests next to the building. There are also plenty of free street parking spaces along the Holywood Road.

  • The office and event/training spaces are located on the ground floor and are accessible step-free together with a ground floor disabled toilet.

    The studio is located on the first floor which is accessible via the staircase not suitable for wheelchair access.

  • Please advise us the earliest opportunity if you need to extend your booking time and we will do our best to accommodate if the space is available.

  • All our prices are shown ex-VAT. VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) will apply to all rental charges.

    Please ask for a VAT invoice if you require one.

  • Yes, you are very welcome to check out the space so you can see the actual size and visualise your planned layout.

  • In the large event space, there is a self-contained refreshment area which has a fully stocked kitchenette which is available for food and drink preparation. The space is hired on a self-catering basis, but please get in touch if you would like us to provide any continental breakfast / cold lunch items.

    For the studio and meeting room, coffee, tea and water is provided for all attendees.

  • Yes - we offer a 10% discount on all rates for charities. Please get in touch if you’re booking for a charity

  • Yes - we take bookings from 8am through to 10pm for all spaces. Please get in touch if you’d like to book outside of normal office hours to confirm your requirements and availability.

  • Please get in touch if you’d like to book multiple rooms and / or dates and we can see what we can do depending on your requirements.
