Yes, we have up to 10 parking spaces available for clients and guests next to the building. There are also plenty of free street parking spaces along the Holywood Road.

The office and event/training spaces are located on the ground floor and are accessible step-free together with a ground floor disabled toilet.

The studio is located on the first floor which is accessible via the staircase not suitable for wheelchair access.

Please advise us the earliest opportunity if you need to extend your booking time and we will do our best to accommodate if the space is available.

All our prices are shown ex-VAT. VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) will apply to all rental charges.

Please ask for a VAT invoice if you require one.

In the large event space, there is a self-contained refreshment area which has a fully stocked kitchenette which is available for food and drink preparation. The space is hired on a self-catering basis, but please get in touch if you would like us to provide any continental breakfast / cold lunch items.

For the studio and meeting room, coffee, tea and water is provided for all attendees.

Yes - we offer a 10% discount on all rates for charities. Please get in touch if you’re booking for a charity

Yes - we take bookings from 8am through to 10pm for all spaces. Please get in touch if you’d like to book outside of normal office hours to confirm your requirements and availability.
